30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email support@cabelio.store with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
